Description
RefWorks is a web-based reference management tool and Ulrichsweb provides publication trends and information about more than 300,000 periodical/journals.

In this workshop, participants will learn:

  1. How to manage references when writing papers or collaborating with other      researchers in RefWorks.
  2. Creating citations & bibliographies in variety of styles and using RefWorks        globally.
  3. Exporting and importing citations in RefWorks.
  4. Fast route to publish in academic and peer-reviewed journals by identifying frequency, speed of publication and acceptance rates.
  5. Prestigious publications in their field and citation metrics of journals such as impact factor, cite score and rankings.
  6. Abstracting, indexing and in which database their desired journal publications are available to showcase their research.

Participants can bring their own laptops but it’s not a requirement to attend the workshop
