Does your research or assessment involve the use of surveys? This workshop will help you develop effective and useful instruments that will provide you with all the data you need. We will review the basic methodology of survey design, consider some of the common pitfalls, learn techniques for crafting high quality instruments, and differentiate between effective and ineffective questions. This workshop is intended for faculty and staff who are new to survey design. We will offer another Survey Development workshop in November for more advanced survey developers.
