Wednesday, December 6, 2017 | 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm | CETLS, Room S510D

Have you ever needed to quickly plan a lecture? Perhaps you wanted to “shift on the fly” to reinforce concepts that students had difficulty grasping. Or maybe you wanted to dive deeper into a topic that piqued student interest. In this brown bag discussion, faculty will share strategies for planning lectures or classes in these types of situations.

This session is part of a faculty-led “brown bag” series on pedagogy that takes place once a month in CETLS. Each meeting will focus on a specific topic related to teaching and learning. We will discuss effective teaching strategies as well as challenges in a non-formal environment. Please bring your own lunch!

RSVP to cetls@bmcc.cuny.edu.
