Schedule a CETLS Event

Use this form to schedule a CETLS event. Events submitted by end of day on Wednesday will be included in the CETLS newsletter on the following Monday.

If you are proposing a new event and have not yet discussed the event with the CETLS Director, please email a brief description of your idea to cetls@bmcc.cuny.edu before submitting via this form.

The title that will be displayed on the CETLS calendar. If you do not yet have a final version of the event title, please submit a working title as a placeholder and submit the finalized event title at least two week before the event date.

Include departmental affiliation.
Event description*
The description that will be displayed on the CETLS calendar. If you do not yet have a specific description, we can use the general description for the event type as a placeholder. Please submit the event description at least two weeks before the event date.
