Description
Microaggressions impact the development, achievement, mental health and the psychological wellbeing of our students both inside and outside of the classroom.  During this workshop, we will be joined by the Office of Accessibility, as we explore strategies for identifying and responding to microaggressions, drawing from real-life scenarios in our work at BMCC.  We will also gain a deeper understanding of the impact of microaggressions by hearing directly from our students.
