Description
Join colleagues in imagining and co-creating the future of scholarship beyond the “scholarship of discovery,” one of four categories defined by Boyer over 30 years ago. It’s time to rethink what counts for research in tenure and promotion. Do our current conceptions of research reflect our values? Where is the public in the scholarship categories that count? We’ll provide prompts for conversation to begin the process re-envisioning scholarship in the 21st century as a faculty.
