Description
Building on the open educational resources (OER) movement, open pedagogy engages students as knowledge creators, often in open, public venues. Assignments move from “disposable assignments” with an audience of one, the instructor, to meaningful assignments with a broader audience. Students may edit Wikipedia articles, write for public blogs, record audio assignments, or create and contribute to OER. Join us for a lively conversation with Open Knowledge faculty fellows who are engaged in open pedagogy projects with their students.
