Campus Wellness

This interdisciplinary FIG aims to provide workshops, events, and resources that enhance the spiritual, physical, and mental well being of all faculty and staff at BMCC. Our group explores topics such as stress relief, smoking cessation, healthy eating, and weight management, and offers workshops such as yoga and cardio health. By offering these sessions to faculty and staff on our campus, the group hopes to make a positive impact on the BMCC family.
