In this session, we’ll hear from BMCC faculty who are using tools such as VoiceThread and YouTube to share lectures with students. Jason and Rochelle will discuss why they chose these tools, and how the selected tools support goals of the course. They will also share how their online lectures are connected to other class activities, such as online discussions.

The Teaching Exchange is a space for BMCC faculty to share what we are doing in our virtual and face-to-face classrooms. Each session starts with several short (~5 minutes) presentations and then we open things up for discussion. Examples shared may be drawn from online, hybrid, and/or face-to-face classes.
